2. Acceptance of Terms
By using Qruchi, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and that, if you are using the platform on behalf of a business, you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
3. Admin Dashboard Access
The admin side of Qruchi is intended only for authorized personnel. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity performed using your account.
4. Account Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it updated. Qruchi may suspend or terminate access if any information provided is false, misleading, incomplete, or used in violation of these Terms.
5. Platform Use
You agree to use Qruchi only for lawful business purposes. You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, or use the platform to violate any law or third-party rights.
6. Restaurant and Merchant Data
Restaurant owners, admins, and authorized users are responsible for the accuracy of all information entered into the platform, including menus, pricing, promotions, taxes, contact details, branch data, payment settings, and customer-facing content.
7. Payments and Third-Party Services
Qruchi may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, cloud storage, communication tools, and analytics providers. Qruchi is not responsible for outages, errors, delays, or losses caused by such third-party services.
8. Promotions and Campaigns
If you create or manage offers, discounts, vouchers, spin-wheel campaigns, or loyalty benefits through Qruchi, you are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, fulfillment, and customer communication related to those campaigns.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Qruchi platform, including software, branding, design, text, features, and underlying technology, remain the property of Qruchi or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred through use of the platform.
10. User Content
You retain ownership of the business content you upload to Qruchi, including logos, restaurant information, menus, and promotional materials. By uploading such content, you grant Qruchi a limited license to host, process, display, and use the content solely to operate and improve the services.
11. Availability of Service
Qruchi may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features at any time. While we aim for reliable performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service at all times.
12. Fees and Billing
If your use of Qruchi is subject to subscription fees, transaction fees, onboarding charges, or other service fees, those will be governed by the relevant commercial agreement or pricing arrangement. Unless otherwise agreed, fees paid are non-refundable.
13. Privacy
Your use of Qruchi is also subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you acknowledge that Qruchi may collect, process, and store information as described in that policy.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Qruchi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qruchi disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Qruchi may suspend or terminate access to the admin dashboard or any related services if you violate these Terms, create operational or legal risk, fail to make required payments, or misuse the platform.
